Man this is a nice truck! The body panels, hood and tailgate are as straight as a pin, and with beautiful Cardinal Red paint, the cleanliness of this truck is nothing short of impressive!
The blood red interior is factory stock and is in nice condition, but showing some wear with the comfortable velour bench seat, perfect dash pad and properly working instruments. The door panels are original and look good as well.
All of the weather stripping is as new and pliable, and you'll notice the rear window is a slider, (that’s an extra cost option).
You will find some very cool late ’70’s-early 80’s classic must have components in the truck , such as the classic sunroof, a radar detector, the 5-panel rear view mirror, and the bullet style dual racing side mirrors. Very cool!
Pop the hood on this Short box and you'll find an engine compartment that looks nice, and clean, and factory original, but has been upgraded to a GM crate! The nice clean inner fender wells, and chrome top air cleaner make a nice contrast to the smooth, strong running, clean 350 nestled in the middle.
This truck is so subtly tasteful I really don't have to say anything about it's appearance, but you really need to be aware of some of the clean, possibly overlooked traits that make this truck so impressive. For instance, the tailgate with the brushed aluminum, trim looks amazing. The original front grill lends to the overall clean presentation of the truck, and of course, this truck has been given an aggressive, professionally lowered stance, and the clean American Racing wheels, and wide tires are the icing on the cake.
The teak wood bed floor adds a nice classic element to the truck as well, and as mentioned above was an option over the metal bed floor at the time.
I can go on and on about how cool this truck looks, but you already know that. What you really need to know is that this truck starts right up and fast idles when cold, settles into a nice tone idle from the full dual exhaust system, and a  this truck actually drives very nicely. The undercarriage is very clean. Low and wide Chevy trucks always look great, and this particular truck is as clean as they come!
